This document explains what data the site processes, on what basis, to whom it is passed and what rights a visitor has.

1. Who processes the data
The data controller is the site's editorial team. Domain: chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl. Contact for any data processing matter: redakcja@chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl.
The site is aimed at users in Poland and the European Union, so data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
- Technical visit data — IP address (truncated where supported), browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring source. Collected automatically.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 5.
- Data you send us yourself — if you write to us by email: sender address, name (if given) and the content of the message. If you use the submission form on the home page: the name and website of the clinic, your email address (an optional field, used only to reply to you) and the text of your comment. Along with the submission we store the IP address and browser type, solely to limit spam. The form does not ask for your name.
We do not request or process health data, payment details or identity documents. There is no registration or user account on the site.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Data is processed by service providers acting on our instructions: a web analytics service and a hosting provider.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Analytics cookies can be declined in the consent banner, and stored files deleted in your browser settings. Declining does not restrict access to any part of the site.
6. Retention periods
Anonymised statistics — up to 14 months. Correspondence — up to 24 months from the last message. Consent records — for the duration of the consent and the period needed to demonstrate it was given.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing or objection to it;
- portability of the data you provided;
- withdrawal of consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests to redakcja@chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
8. Data about clinics in the ranking
Information about clinics is business information about organisations, taken from public sources: official websites, mapping services, public registers. It is not personal data about private individuals. Clinicians' names are given only to the extent that a clinic publishes them itself in a professional context.

9. Minors
The site is not directed at people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the document always reflects the version in force. We announce material changes on the home page.
