Reviews policy

This document explains how we handle ratings and reviews: which we publish, which we only quote with a source, and why we do not collect reviews about clinics ourselves.

1. We do not collect reviews about clinics

There is no form on this site through which a patient could leave a review about a clinic, and we do not publish such reviews. The reason is simple: collecting a representative and verifiable sample of reviews about medical facilities with a small editorial team is not feasible, and unverifiable reviews harm both the reader and the clinic.

Instead we work with aggregate ratings that already exist on independent platforms.

2. How we quote other people's ratings

When a clinic's rating appears in an article, it is presented in one strict format:

value · number of reviews · platform name · the date the data was read

For example: 4.8 · 919 reviews on Google Maps as of 5 August 2026.

We do not average ratings from different platforms into a single figure, do not round them in our favour and do not quote a rating without naming the source and date. Ratings change, so the date is a mandatory part.

3. Why we do not mark up other people's ratings as our own

The aggregateRating markup asserts that «this rating was collected by us from our users». We have no user ratings of clinics, so we do not use that markup for clinics. Ratings from third-party platforms are given as plain text with the source named.

Our own score for a clinic is an editorial assessment under the published methodology, not patient opinion, and we do not present one as the other.

4. Reviews about the ranking itself

The only reviews we are entitled to collect and publish concern our own work: whether the article is useful, what is missing, what turned out to be inaccurate. We publish such messages only when every condition is met:

We do not publish invented reviews and do not commission them.

5. Rules for readers' messages

Messages are accepted at redakcja@chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl. We ask you to observe a few rules.

You may and should: point out outdated data with a link to the source; tell us about a clinic missing from the ranking; describe your own experience of a clinic's service — hours, booking, transparency of the quote.

You must not:

6. Moderation

We do not publish, and we remove, messages that break the rules above, as well as messages showing signs of manipulation — a series of identical reports about one clinic in a short period. We do not remove a message merely because it criticises us or contains an inconvenient remark.

7. Disputes and complaints

If you believe a published message about your clinic is untrue or damages your business reputation, write to redakcja@chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl describing the issue. We review the report and, where confirmed, remove or amend the material.

Questions of clinical practice and complaints about treatment quality fall outside the editorial team's remit — they should be addressed to the facility itself and to the competent authorities.
