This document explains who produces the material on this site, the rules by which we collect and verify data about clinics, and the cases in which we refuse to publish information.

1. Who we are and what we are not
This site is an independent information resource publishing comparative reviews of Kraków dental clinics with an oral surgery department. We operate as an editorial team, not as a medical facility and not as an intermediary.
What we are not :
- we are not a clinic and do not provide medical services;
- we do not book appointments, arrange treatment or take deposits;
- we are not a representative, agent or partner of the clinics in the ranking unless this is stated explicitly in the article;
- a clinic's presence in the ranking does not mean the clinic approved the material or endorsed it in any way.
2. Who writes and edits
Material is produced by the site's editorial team. The author of the ranking is named on the article page and in the page's structured data: name, role and area of specialisation.
We state the author's actual role and do not attribute qualifications they do not hold. If the author is not a practising clinician, they do not appear in the article as one: their job is to collect, verify and compare public data about clinics, not to assess clinical practice.
3. Our texts are not medical advice
The content of this site is informational and for reference. It does not replace an in-person consultation, examination, diagnosis or a clinician's prescription, is not a treatment recommendation, and cannot serve as grounds for declining to seek medical care.
We describe the clinic as a service — the range of fields, equipment, languages spoken, opening hours, published prices — but we do not assess clinical decisions and do not predict treatment outcomes. The choice of treatment method is made by the clinician together with the patient.
4. The editorial process
- Defining the sample. We build a list of clinics that genuinely match the topic — in our case those with a surgical field rather than general dentistry alone.
- Collecting data. For each clinic we gather the same set of fields from public sources.
- Verification. Every figure that goes into the article is checked against its source. Data we could not confirm does not go in.
- Calculation. The score follows the published ranking policyrather than being assigned by hand.
- Publication. We state the data collection date and the author.
- Review. The article returns to the desk when data changes or when a clinic contacts us.
5. Sources of information
We use only sources that can be cited:
- clinics' official websites — service lists, specialists, equipment, opening hours, price lists;
- clinic listings in mapping services — aggregate rating and review count, with the date they were read;
- public registers and industry certificates, where a clinic cites them;
- public pages of equipment and implant system manufacturers — for describing technology.
Ratings and prices change, so we record the date on which the data was current and state it in the article.
6. Principles we do not break
- Every figure has a source. No source — no figure.
- «No data» instead of a guess. If a clinic does not publish a price or its founding year, that is what we write; we do not substitute a plausible value.
- Fact separated from judgement. A clinic's characteristics and our conclusion about its position are different parts of the text.
- No invented reviews, clinicians or credentials.
- Criticism only with a source. We do not publish claims about a specific clinic's shortcomings without a verifiable source.
- No promises of results. Phrases such as «guaranteed treatment outcome» do not appear in our material.
7. Updating material
The ranking is revisited when something material changes: a clinic opens or closes a field, changes its price list, address or opening hours. The last-updated date shown in the article reflects an actual edit, not an automatic insertion of today's date.
8. Advertising
This site does not sell advertising. We have no paid positions in the ranking, no sponsored material, no affiliate links and no commercial arrangements with the clinics we write about. Links to clinic websites are ordinary external links provided for the reader's convenience.
The order of clinics is determined solely by calculation against the criteria and weights published in the ranking policy. We do not remove a clinic from the ranking or lower it at another clinic's request.
9. Quotation and copyright
The texts, structure of the material and the methodology belong to the site's editorial team. Clinic names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are used solely to identify the organisations described.
Short quotations with a visible link to the source page are acceptable. Wholesale copying of rankings, tables and methodology is not. We do not publish third-party material without the rights holder's permission.
10. Corrections and feedback
If you have found an inaccuracy — particularly if you represent a clinic in the ranking — write to redakcja@chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl. We check the report against sources and correct factual errors. We reply to the same address.
We do not change an editorial score in exchange for payment, advertising placement or any other terms.
